The Crown Princess Hides Her Pride

Lady Ye Shaoguang, the eldest daughter of the Dingguo Marquis family, disguises herself as a man, defeats the Nanzhou army, and captures the Nanzhou Crown Prince before returning to the capital. Although the Emperor had promised her military command and the inheritance of the Marquis title, he issues an imperial edict to marry her to the current Crown Prince, intending for her to live secludedly and raise a family. After becoming the Crown Princess, she rises above the struggle for the throne among the princes, takes control of the government, and commands the empire, supporting her own daughter to ascend the throne and becoming a female emperor.
