At 19, Shi An is a chubby girl who faces setbacks due to her appearance but remains optimistic. After confessing to her crush, Ji Sili, over three years without success, she accidentally receives a magical red string that allows her to transform into a slender, talented designer named Shi Sui during the day. After entering A University, Shi Sui approaches Ji Sili under her new identity, leading to a series of mishaps and getting involved in a design competition controversy. Ji Sili gradually notices the resemblance between Shi Sui and the Shi An from his memories, eventually uncovering the secret. Through these experiences, Shi An accepts herself, and the two rush towards each other after the national competition. Shi An returns the red string, gaining love and confidence, embodying the theme that beauty is defined by oneself.
