In the bustling summer heat of Nanmen Market, Zhouji's mixed dishes draw long lines every day. Landlord Cao Daidai posts a new rental notice, raising the rent from 50,000 to 150,000 and demanding Xiu Lan's signature dish be taken away, threatening that anyone else could stand there and attract the same crowds.
