Dual Souls: The Emperor Helps Me Conquer the Palace!

Overworked Jiang Sui dies and wakes up as the eldest daughter of the Great Wei minister, also named Jiang Sui, who is neglected and cold. During a severe drought, Jiang Sui and her family pray at Baohua Temple. While kneeling to wish for marriage to a wealthy man and a life of ease, she and Emperor Murong Dan are both struck down by lightning. Waking up in a mass grave, Jiang Sui meets Murong Dan, who has possessed her body and is called Zhao Jian by her. When the three members of the Jiang family come to assault them, Murong Dan, still in possession, fights back and intimidates them. To help Murong Dan return to the palace to reclaim his body, Jiang Sui registers for the selection under his guidance, passing round after round, only to be framed by Jiang Yu for adultery. In a crisis, Murong Dan returns to save her. The two work together to face their enemies. Eventually, Jiang Sui ascends to the throne, and their bond deepens.
