Ren Xiaohao works as a security guard in a high-end residential complex. One night, while patrolling, he spots a girl taking a selfie, only for her to vanish miraculously, leaving behind a disposable camera on the ground. Picking up the camera, he discovers photos inside, but the girl's face is missing. When he points it at a stray cat, the animal disappears, and only a blurry image of the cat remains in the camera. Ren Xiaohao finally understands the camera's mechanism: whatever living creature it captures will vanish!
