The Faithful Guide

Every soul harbors a deep obsession that can turn into resentment and harm the world. Si Jun, a ferryman who has lived for over a thousand years, can bring the dead back to life and guide evil spirits to peace. Using a token as a promise, he escorts those destined to meet him through trials. Upon the request of Fu Dehua, the head of the Fu family, Si Jun travels to save the dying Fu Grandfather. However, he unexpectedly clashes with Fu Shens, the eldest grandson of the Fu family. Seeking revenge for Si Jun's overtaking maneuver, Fu Shens repeatedly provokes and obstructs the ferryman, preventing him from saving his grandfather. This ultimately leads to the Grandfather's death, triggers a wrongful case, and drives the Fu family toward destruction.
