First Scholar of the Way of Literature

In the 21st century, Lin Yang transmigrates into a world where literary arts hold supreme power, taking possession of a fallen scholar. Just as his original owner faces a sinister plot and his childhood bride, Xiao Yue, is mistreated, Lin Yang leverages his past-life poetic knowledge to achieve the status of a pre-nominated scholar by composing 'Ode to Slaked Lime' for the county examination, impressing Zhou Yuqun, a high-ranking official of the Great Xia. After joining the Imperial Academy of Learning, he defeats powerful opponents in succession, stunning the crowd with 'Moon Rhapsody' during the Mid-Autumn literary gathering, and vanquishes the traitorous senior master of the Book Sage Hall.
