My Mother Woke Up and Said She's From the Northeast

Shen Chuwu discovers that her gentle, virtuous mother, Bai Ruyi, has completely changed after waking up. She claims to be a soul transmigrator from the Northeast and insists Shen Chuwu is destined to become a female lead in this ancient romance. Though confused, Shen Chuwu faces a cruel situation when her biased father forces her to give the royal betrothal gift to her half-sister. In response, her mother coldly grabs the door latch and declares, 'Things from our Northeast girls are even better than dogs, and no scum can take them away!'
