Summer in the Tin Roof
Su Huaian, a patient with severe heart failure, collapses during a heat training session and begs for help, only to be dismissed as faking it by his coach girlfriend, Xu Lingshuang, who locks him in a fifty-degree tin shack. Song Yan manipulates the situation, forges evidence, and introduces abnormal substances. The soul witnesses his lover sealing the ventilation, believing lies, and blocking rescue efforts. When the truth emerges, the diagnosis and his plea for help are real, but her trust is a sham. Regret too late cannot bring back a life. Holding his ashes, Su's mother scatters her son into a sea of sunflowers—he has finally returned home.
