The Villain's Guide to Turning the Bad Boy

Corporate slave Shen Xi gets bound by a system to travel through books and become the evil female supporting character. Her mission is to turn her high school crush, Lu Jingming, into a dark person, or she will be erased. Lu lost his voice due to childhood trauma from being raised by the wrong family and suffered bullying and neglect from his own family. Shen Xi struggles with her mission, making mistakes that backfire, but gradually develops sympathy for Lu. She defies the system multiple times to protect him. Through their interactions, feelings begin to grow between them. Shen Xi eventually abandons her mission and completes Lu's redemption, leading them to a genuine love.
