Lady Daiyu Takes Control of the Cold-faced Prime Minister

Shen Lingke, a talented Chinese scholar, accidentally travels to a time when she becomes the legitimate daughter of a fallen noble family and is forced to marry Xie Huaijin, the powerful Prime Minister, as his second wife. She cleverly feigns weakness, using her literary skills inspired by Daiyu to overcome opposition with gentleness. With her vast talent and superior wisdom, she plots her way forward: she uncovers the malicious schemes of her servants, wins over the hostile stepchildren, and earns the trust of the matriarch. In the palace, she displays her vision and talent, gaining the Empress's favor, and uses her husband's power to intimidate her greedy natal family. As they spend days and nights together, she drops her disguise and reveals her true self. From contractual spouses, they gradually come to know and cherish each other, eventually becoming soulmates.
