The Empress Is Surprisingly Virtuous

In the 21st century, worker Yao Feiran transmigrates into a palace intrigue novel as a cannon fodder empress. The original owner was a love-brained fool who died early, so Yao Feiran decides to completely subvert the trope. While appearing to adhere to virtues, she secretly lives freely and remains lucid, yet faces schemes from concubines and her natal family. No longer enduring, she uses the 'saintly' persona to secretly plot, building alliances, tearing apart green-tea actresses, and outsmarting a worthless emperor. Finally, teaming up with the scheming Prince Xie Yanci, she overthrows the tyrant, supports a new emperor, and becomes the behind-the-scenes regent empress.
