Famine Year: I Rule with 100 Female Prisoners

Chu Fan transmigrates as a lowly clerk tasked with escorting 100 female prisoners to a harsh border region. Learning that the Great Qian dynasty has fallen and chaos has erupted, he releases them to escape, intending to cultivate the wasteland and build his own power with a system. Instead of fleeing, the women follow him seeking shelter. Seeing their plight and the need for labor, Chu Fan agrees to their request. He then establishes rules, builds a village, and leads the women to clear land and farm. Using the system, he trains a娘子军 and crafts advanced weapons, gradually absorbing neighboring forces to grow his empire.
