Xu Wanning and Chi Yao dated for four years and lived together for three, with their wedding on the horizon. However, five years ago, she falsely claimed to have changed her heart and left with her childhood friend Rong Chen for the deep city, cutting all contact. Five years later, they reunite at a close friend's wedding, where old love and resentment surge simultaneously.
