The Entire Court Thinks I'm a Squanderer

Modern youth Fang Yang wakes up and transmigrates into the sole heir of the Duke of Cheng's mansion in the Great Chu Dynasty, becoming the first pariah known as the greatest squanderer in the capital. Opening with his father, Duke Fang Jingsheng, chasing him across the courtyard with a whip after he teased his teacher, and his fiancée, Lady Song Yiran, a daughter of the Minister of Rites, demanding a divorce, he cheerfully accepts. Facing a crumbling family fortune and an empty treasury, Fang Yang secretly pledges his fine farmlands to raise capital, brews the fiery spirit liquor Tian Xian Zui using modern techniques, spreads a nursery rhyme throughout the streets to create hype, then makes a name for himself at a poetry gathering with legendary verses. He also defeats his opponent from the Marquis of Yongping's mansion in a public drinking contest at a tavern, making Tian Xian Zui famous across the capital with orders lining the streets.
