Goodbye Without Saying

In the 1980s, Jiang Nian'an and Fu Xiao Yao fell in love and got married, raising their son, Ah Sheng, together. After Fu Xiao Yao left to make his name in the city, Jiang Nian'an raised Ah Sheng alone. When Fu Xiao Yao, now successful, reunited with his wife and son, he discovered he had built another family in the city. To maintain his single image, he referred to his wife and child as his rural relatives. Confronted with such betrayal, Ah Sheng gave his father three chances, but Fu Xiao Yao showed no remorse, repeatedly hurting his family. Only when Jiang Nian'an took Ah Sheng and left did Fu Xiao Yao finally realize he could not live without his wife and son.
