Belly Hides Lucky Fish, I Become the Baby's Favorite

After a woman with a high conception rate accidentally becomes pregnant, her toxic best friend urges her to have an abortion after she learns the test results at the hospital. The baby inside screams 'No', but the woman cannot hear it. Holding the test results, she bumps into the male lead's grandmother. The grandmother discovers she can hear the baby's voice inside the woman and believes she is her future daughter-in-law. However, the woman mistakes the grandmother for being mentally unstable and hands her over to the nurses. The grandmother calls the male lead to tell him he has found his 108th bride. When the male lead comes to the hospital to pick up the grandmother, he almost passes the woman. He feels a familiar connection with her and hears someone calling him 'Dad'.
