Peach Ashes: Nine Heavens

Tao Yao, once the most beautiful peach spirit of the Three Realms, was slaughtered by the Nine Candles Immortal and reduced to a useless being in the Heavenly Realm. Over three hundred years, she had her soul bones gouged out and her beauty stolen, becoming the betrothed of the Cangming Divine Venerable. On the eve of their wedding, she accidentally stumbled upon the Jade Pool and had an intimate encounter with a mysterious man, unaware he was actually the Heavenly Emperor, Di Fuyi, who had been secluding himself for a thousand years. A mismatched red thread triggered heavenly thunder and strange omens. Tao Yao tore off the mask of the Xuanji Saintess in public and pierced her fiancé's chest, finally igniting the revenge fire that had been dormant for three centuries. Meanwhile, the Heavenly Emperor, who claimed to kill without mercy, narrowed his crimson eyes upon smelling the scent of peach blossoms on her neck. This war to overthrow the gods that would overturn the Three Realms is ultimately inextricably bound by emotional tribulations and fate.
