Roses and Green Pines

This marriage of convenience begins on a family chessboard but blooms into a passionate love deep within their souls. When brilliant and assertive elite lawyer Fang Yun meets Zhao Tingwen, a powerful minister whose influence spans Jingzhou and whose depth is as vast as the sea, fate thrusts them into a blind date. What appears to be a cold political alliance soon unfolds. She is a rose with thorns, sharp in the courtroom and decisive in love affairs, yet forced to dim her light before her family's will. Against this backdrop, she enters a marriage contract with a man twelve years her senior, whose generation gap allows him to be called her 'uncle'.
