New Year's Eve Reunion Impossible
Li Cheng and Liu Yueling are preparing for their wedding on the second day of the Lunar New Year. On New Year's Eve, Li Cheng goes to Liu Yueling's home for the New Year's Eve dinner, leaving her father, Li Xiangqin, alone at home. Due to Li Xiangqin's Alzheimer's disease, the couple locks all doors and windows to prevent him from wandering off. Suddenly, a gas leak occurs. Li Xiangqin calls his son Li Cheng for help, but Li Cheng is drinking with his father-in-law and hangs up the phone before listening to the full message.
