Raising a Daughter in Famine, Not a Empress

Modern office worker Zhao Heng accidentally travels to a famine-ridden era, becoming the violent Zhao Tongsheng. Facing his timid children, he reforms and uses modern wisdom to hunt for food, make sugar syrup, and prepare braised meat to survive. Unexpectedly, this travel wasn't accidental; he marries the loyal descendant of the Dantai family, Tangtai Mingyue, and gets entangled in the family's blood feud caused by the corrupt minister Wei Wuya. Along with allies, he gathers supplies, trains soldiers, and outwits the treacherous. He only wanted to keep his family safe, but a joke from his daughter Zhao Guo inspires him. Can he successfully raise Zhao Guo into an empress in this chaotic world?
