Do Not Cultivate!

Zhang Yi, a talented disciple of Yujing Mountain, has surpassed the Heavenly Dao in twenty years of cultivation. His grandfather, Zhang Daoheng, fears mockery from others for being outpaced by his grandson after a thousand years, so he lies to Zhang Yi, claiming his cultivation is too low for the path and forcing him to leave the mountain to marry and have children. Mistaking this for encouragement, Zhang Yi vows to break his engagement and pursue cultivation with all his heart. After leaving the mountain, the engagement matchmaker, Master Liu Shuangcheng of the Liu family, and Zhang Yi's unknown father, Zhang Tian Shan, are both shot through the head by a demonic spear. The Divine Physician is helpless, but Zhang Yi recalls his grandfather's simplest method to save a life. With a slight move, he draws the demonic spear and saves them.
