Sunshine in the Cracks

Zhuangzi Ang has always lacked love, but after being diagnosed with terminal cancer, he meets Su Yudie and finds warmth, secretly falling for her. Realizing his time is short, he painfully pushes her away. Shocked to discover she comes from a year in the past, he regrets his actions and wishes to travel back to apologize. Su Yudie also has cancer, and after many twists and turns, they reconcile. Following her passing, Zhuangzi Ang successfully travels back to the year before, finally reuniting with her.
