The Human-Faced Bear of Xing'an Ridge

In the remote Hunter Village deep within Xing'an Ridge, Wu Shiya dreams of a terrifying human-faced bear. In the nightmare, she is betrayed by her childhood friend and the villagers are slaughtered by the beast. Though she wakes believing it was just a scare, the prophecy quickly comes true as the monstrous creature proves ruthless and cunning. When Wu Shiya warns everyone, no one listens, blaming her for ruining Group Liu's investment banquet. While others scramble to prepare for the party, only Wu Shiya and the simple-minded Ah Heng begin building a safe house. As the human-faced bear attacks, the villagers flee in panic, but only those who trust Wu Shiya survive in their shelter. Those who believe live; those who do not die. The traitors will eventually reap the consequences of their own greed.
