In 1928, northern Hubei was engulfed in white terror. Wang Xing, known as White Clouds and Blue Sky, was hunted by the Kuomintang but secretly executed a classified operation. He entered a military academy for advanced training, covertly restored the Communist Party organization, investigated the mysterious death of Wei Sanyong, and maneuvered among various factions. With Mou Zijiu and Lin Juan drawn into the turmoil, clues intertwined and crises tightened. As the situation shifted and the academy relocated, underground party members secretly deployed military mobilization efforts, breaking through the enemy's traps and pursuit. Finally, in 1931, the Ningdu Uprising erupted grandly. Wang Xing successfully completed his mission and was later assigned to launch a new Ghost Hand Plan.
