Mechanic Fixes Mechas
Bottom-line mechanic Lin Ye meets mecha enthusiast Angie, Jinyufeng, retired sniper Old K, and strongman Lu Dun, forming the 'Wasteland Old Dog' team. Relying on no expensive high-end mechas, they use discarded tower cranes, mining rigs, and scrap parts to physically rebuild mechas for competition. Academy chief Ling Ying initially doubts these rough amateurs but is won over by Lin Ye's superior mechanical talent and joins them. They repeatedly crush opponents like Zhao Tianci who rely on gold-plated mechas, picking up scrap at the venue and taking repair jobs while battling. They advance to the league finals, fight the star beast crisis, and forge a passionate mecha path for their wasteland squad through hardcore manual heavy industry.
