Yanjing Bad Boy: Code Golden Buddha

Lin Ze travels to the Republic era as a spy under Boss Dai, openly serving as a patrol officer and raised by teacher Zhuang Liangcai. As Yanjing faces imminent fall, he voluntarily stays to execute a mission: investigate and poison military intelligence officer Jin Yuanzhi for his collaboration with the Japanese, while reporting the Guang'anmen ambush intel to the 29th Army. After Zhuang Liangcai departs, Lin Ze uses a pastry shop for contact, shuts down a gang's gambling den, bribes Gao Shengping, and disguises himself to eliminate Tang Sander, who works for the Japanese. He gains praise for communicating in Japanese during inspections, but later faces crisis when a traitor is discovered within Yanjing Station's intelligence organization.
