After Substituting My Sister, We Become Her Favorite

The Lady of the Lu family refuses to marry the Li family heir, who became a vegetable after a car accident, and forces her maid's daughter, Shen Shiyue, and Shen Qinghuan to take her place. To protect their mother, the sisters reluctantly agree, initially planning to inherit the estate and leave with their mother. After marrying into the Li family, they carefully care for brothers Li Jiayu and Li Junjie, winning their mother-in-law's affection. Unexpectedly, the brothers wake up; upon learning the truth of the substitution, they do not hold them accountable. In their interactions, Shen Shiyue's gentleness wins over the slightly dark Junjie, while Shen Qinghuan's liveliness melts the aloof Jiayu, and feelings begin to grow between the couples. Facing the Lu sisters' repeated harassment, the four of them stand together to fight back, protecting each other amidst sweetness and conflict.
