Mountain Hermit Taoist: Forced Divorce at Start

Taoist cultivator Lin Chenyang enters Yunzhou alone to find his fiancée Li Manqing, whom he saved five years ago. He meets reporter Su Qinglan, saves her from danger, and they fall in love. Upon finding Li Manqing, he discovers she is marrying the Gu family's Gu Mingxuan to repay family debts and refuses to recognize their engagement. Lin Chenyang joins her company as a security guard, helps the owner, exposes the frame-up, and uncovers that the Li family's debt is a Gu family trap. Gu Mingxuan intends to use Li Manqing's Yin-Yang body to borrow the dragon vein for evil cultivation. He allies with Su Qinglan and Li Manqing to break the evil array and expose the conspiracy, leading to Gu Mingxuan's arrest. Lin Chenyang resolves the 'Five Defects and Three Lackings', earns Li Manqing's true love, and establishes himself in Yunzhou as the Xandu Taoist to practice medicine and protect the people.
