Emperor Refuses to Raise Kids

Modern special forces doctor Yan Yan falls into a lake from overwork and accidentally travels to the Great Zhou Dynasty. She swaps souls with the 'tyrant' Emperor Feng Mianyuan due to a lightning strike. Forced to navigate the palace under each other's identities, Yan Yan uses the Emperor's body to deal with the Empress Dowager's schemes and concubines' plots while using modern medical skills to detoxify Feng Mianyuan trapped in her own body. Feng Mianyuan, in the role of a female doctor, strategically advances in the harem to help Yan Yan stabilize the court. From mutual dislike to fighting side by side, they expose the Shu Guifei's revenge and power grab, as well as the Empress Dowager's plot to support a fake heir. After surviving life and death bonds, they successfully swap back bodies and together create a prosperous Great Zhou era.
