The Copper Mirror Curse

Da Niu and his sister-in-law Xiao Hua unearth a box containing an ancient copper mirror by the river. Its back features a blurry pattern, and upon bringing it home, their grandmother is terrified and forces them to discard it under threat of death. They bury the mirror beneath an old locust tree, but that night, a similar pattern appears on Xiao Hua's body, leading the village head to order her isolation. Late at night, farm tools are thrown outside Da Niu's yard, while the mirror reflects a figure in red directly through the door. The mirror keeps disappearing and reappearing. Da Niu learns it is a burial artifact that has caused bizarre deaths for all who handled it. He secretly tracks the culprit, discovering a mentally disabled person is behind the chaos. Da Niu sets a trap to catch the mastermind and finally reveals the mirror's dark secret.
