My Seventeen-Year-Old Super Cool Mom

Art student Lin Xiaoxia often clashes with her mother Wang Yaya over exam planning, creating deep estrangement. After a heated argument, she accidentally travels back to 2008 via an old portable player, meeting seventeen-year-old Wang Yaya, a spirited and passionate girl. Posing as a transfer student, Xiaoxia accompanies young Yaya in pursuing her art academy dream, witnessing Jiang Ye's silent devotion. Gradually, she understands the regrets and unfulfilled desires hidden in her mother's past. As time ripples, Xiaoxia's form fades; after confessing everything under the riverside fireworks, she returns to the modern era. This time-spanning reunion brings mother and daughter together, allowing middle-aged Yaya to let go of her worries and fully support her daughter's pursuit of art.
