My Youth Chasing the Light

Lin Yifan, a high school underachiever, consistently ranked last in his grade and spent his days playing games. One chance encounter changed everything when Shen Zhixia, the top student, told him, "You are actually not stupid," awakening his aimless spirit. Determined to chase the light in his heart, Lin quit gaming and studied tirelessly, achieving a rapid turnaround in his grades. Yet fate struck hard: his father was injured, and Shen was diagnosed with a serious illness. Amidst these trials, they encouraged each other and held fast to their promise. This summer, the former last-place student raced toward his dreams and love, rewriting his youth with perseverance and crafting a heartwarming tale of mutual redemption.
