Pioneers Chasing Light

In the year 3179 of the Star Calendar, a gray-white star tide strikes the Qinglan Ring, causing an energy crisis. Lin Xu pilots the Light Chaser into the No-Dawn Star Belt to search for a lost self-cycling light energy source. Along the way, he is blocked by Luo Jingchuan, and the two move from opposition to cooperation. They find the light core in Floating Light City, travel to Mirror Sea to collect crystal sand for replication, and finally succeed using ecological data for training. Upon returning, they discover that a solo change in the star tide will endanger other cities, so they build a multi-city energy sharing network to let light flow between homelands. The Light Chaser continues its voyage, and Lin Xu realizes that true pioneers are not the chosen ones, but companions willing to repair broken paths and pass the faint light to the next ordinary person.
