Delivery man Li Li investigates his sister's death by infiltrating Country T to hunt a mysterious organization, only to encounter the perverted doctor Ethan who controls the city's surveillance. As danger and desire collide, they test each other through a predatory game centered on Ethan's biting quirk, eventually teaming up to fight the evil syndicate led by Ethan's mother.
