Famous exam prep mentor Zhang Yan quietly supported poor student Chen Hao for two years, arranging a job for his mother at the cafeteria and offering free tutoring, only to be falsely accused by Chen of accepting expensive gifts when the so-called gift was just a jar of home-preserved vegetables.
