Mirror Will: Tiny Universe

Space pirate Kai executes an order to bombard the enemy fleet but spares a mother and daughter after witnessing their grief. His mercy angers his crew, who launch a preemptive strike and blame him entirely. Exiled from the ship by his leader, Kai is cast into the vast void. Having planned this all along, he abandons his physical form, follows an ancient prophecy, breaks free from his destined fate, and carves a new path unique to himself.
