1. General Enquiries

For anything about the website, the app, playback problems, subtitles or your account, email us at [email protected]. To help us answer faster, please include:

• the device and platform you are using (Android / iOS / web browser);
• the title and episode number involved, with a link if you have one;
• a short description of what happened, and a screenshot if possible.

2. Copyright and Infringement Notices

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us and we will review and remove it promptly.

If you are a rights holder, or authorised to act for one, and you believe that material available through LimeShort infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Infringement Notice" and include:

• your name, organisation (if any) and contact details;
• identification of the work or right you say has been infringed;
• the exact URL or other location of the material you want removed, described in enough detail for us to find it;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review every notice and remove or disable access to the identified material promptly. If material you posted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and the reason you believe the removal was a mistake.

3. Feedback and Bug Reports

Ideas, complaints and bug reports are welcome at [email protected]. If a title will not play, please tell us the title, the episode and your network type (Wi-Fi or mobile data) so we can reproduce it.

4. Media and Public Relations

For press, partnership or content-licensing enquiries, email [email protected] with the subject "Media" and we will route your message to the right person.

5. Account Deletion

To delete your account and the personal data associated with it, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm once the deletion is complete. You can also use our dedicated Delete Your Account page, which lists exactly what is removed and what is kept.

6. Response Time

We aim to acknowledge every message within 1-2 business days and to resolve infringement notices as a priority. Our support desk is staffed Monday to Sunday, 12:00 to 08:00 (ET).
