Half-Chinese Season 3
During the War of Resistance, wounded Red Army soldier Tie Zhu is taken in by the Ge couple. When traitor Liu Baichang leads Japanese troops to check foreigners, the elderly send granddaughter Ge Liuzhu to her grandmother's house, falsely claiming Tie Zhu is her own grandchild. With Japanese troops stationed nearby, a deranged soldier befriends Ge Erni. The couple uses this connection to protect the Red Army youth and steal blueprints from the weapons depot. When the soldier returns to investigate, Ge Liuzhu steps forward to take the punishment, while Tie Zhu kills him. The Ge family sets traps to delay the enemy, and reinforcements arrive to annihilate them. Through these hardships, Ge Liuzhu resolves to join the army, demonstrating the sincere patriotism of the people and the military against Japan.
